Work continues with a Visioning Taskforce working on the 3-year revolving plan for mission and m ministry for the Collaborative.. As the vision and action plan take shape, other conversations with the whole Collaborative Council can begin to address what is needed to reach our mission and ministry vision, as well as, explore the needs of each member congregation and how the Collaborative can plan for staffing and resource consolidation to ensure a healthy, vibrant, active ministry setting for the ELCA well into the future in Lancaster. At the March meeting, each congregation Council was given homework: to come up with their Top 5 List of needs/wants from and for the Collaborative. The Visioning Team meets again on Tuesday, April 2 at 5:30 pm to discuss the Top 5 Lists and begin developing a plan for mission for and ministry.
